DevPhaModDB provides plenty of phase separation (PS) modules which consist of proteins with high PS tendency, similar expression profiles and intensive protein-protein interactions in human fetal development. The PS modules were identified from time-series single cell RNA-sequencing data derived from six human fetal tissues, including pituitary, hippocampus, lung, gut, female gonad, and male gonad. The PS modules were detected at both tissue and cell-type level. There are seven PS modules detected at tissue level while forty-five PS modules detected at cell-type level. We provide detailed information of each PS module, such as the expression trends, compositions, as well as their PS tendency scores and protein-protein interactions.
